At ND Ranch Wife, we take pride in delivering your products quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or peak ranch seasons (such as calving or harvest).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email when it has shipped (including tracking information if available).

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship merchandise and coffee.
Beef orders are typically fulfilled locally or shipped frozen with insulated packaging and dry ice to ensure product quality.
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s service, but most orders within the U.S. arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are either a flat fee per number of items or calculated at checkout and are based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on specific products or minimum order totals.

Local Pickup & Delivery (North Dakota Customers)

For customers near Tioga, ND, we may offer local pickup or ranch delivery for beef orders.
Details will be arranged at the time of purchase to ensure freshness and convenience.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, ND Ranch Wife only ships within the United States.
We cannot ship beef products to states or regions with restrictions on perishable food shipping. Please contact us if you’re unsure about your area.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for perishable products.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Warm Weather Shipping (Beef & Perishables)

During warmer months, we typically do not offer beef or other perishable items, but in the event we do, items will be shipped with insulation and dry ice/gel packs.
We recommend customers be available to receive deliveries immediately to ensure quality.
