Welcome to ND Ranch Wife

My husband, Dennis, and I are proud to carry on a family tradition of ranching, though our journey has been uniquely ours. Both of us come from a long line of family ranchers, and while we’re not taking over a family ranch, we’re building a legacy all our own. In 2018, we founded Hartsoch Ranch from scratch, transforming raw prairie land in northwestern North Dakota into a thriving family ranching operation.

The Hartsoch Ranch Story

Starting from the ground up has been an adventure of hard work and determination! Our ranch began with fields and trees that we’ve turned into barns, corrals, and miles of fence. Every post we pounded and each stretch of barbed wire represents our commitment to producing quality, flavorful beef. It’s been a journey filled with time, investment, sweat, and a lot of heart, all to make this dream a reality.

Today, we raise commercial Red and Black Angus, with a mission to bring our customers the highest-quality beef possible. Whether you're a neighbor or a customer from afar, we want you to know that every cut of beef we provide is raised with care, quality, and flavor at the forefront.

Expanding on our passion for quality products, we’re thrilled to introduce ND Ranch Wife Coffee. Partnered with a US Based roasting company , we offer premium coffee blends designed for busy mornings on the ranch and cozy moments at home.
