Coffee & Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and beef products, we cannot accept returns once items have been shipped and received.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit.

To process a claim, please provide your order number and photos of the issue (damaged packaging, wrong product, etc.).
Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, Accessories, etc.)

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, unworn, and in original condition/packaging.
